Procrastinating!

This book should have been published in 1997-1998 when I started publishing its series in "Haddas Eritra" the only state owned newspaper in Eritrea that time, before others took the initiative to publish summaries about the news during the last Ethio-Eritrean borders war. I took the book to the official press, but then nothing had happened, while they were procrastinating about different issues, though I dedicated all potential revenues from the book to some humanitarian issues.
