Procrastinating!

This book should have been published in 1997-1998 when I started publishing its series in "Haddas Eritra" the only state newspaper in Eritrea, before others took the initiative to publish summaries about the news during the last Ethio-Eritrean borders war. I took the book to the official press, but then nothing had happened, while they were procrastinating about different issues, though I dedicated all potential revenues from the book to some humanitarian issues.
